Cafeteria
Order your JK-2 child's lunch or fund your child's account at MyKidsSpending.com. Please read this document to learn how to order lunches. Grades JK-2 must preorder their lunches using the My Kids Spending online account. The My Kids Spending Account and the students Cafeteria Account are linked. All orders placed through MKS will be automatically charge to your students account on the day the lunch is processed.
These meals will be set at your students school assigned seat at their designated lunch time. No need to learn or enter their seat number for this process. Grade 3 students and up do not preorder lunches, but will make their lunch selection purchases in the cafeteria during their lunch hour. You can still use a MKS account for these grades to monitor real-time purchases and ad funds.​

Purchasing in the Cafeteria
Students have a unique 4-digit pin code that they will enter on a keypad. Please remind your child that this code should be kept private. If they do not know their code the cashier will look it up for them by their name. To speed the cashier process, we do ask that students get to learn their code. Cash and debit are accepted as well, however we strongly ask you to consider just using the student account. This allows you to view all purchases made by your child on the My Kids Spending website as well as keeps the lunch line moving more quickly.

Deposits on Account
The easiest and most efficient way to add money to your child’s account is to log into the My Kids Spending website as per the instructions above and add money with credit card or direct bank transfer. Cash, debit, or cheque (made payable to Carter Ventures Inc.) are accepted in the cafeteria. Charges on your credit or bank card will show as Carter Ventures Inc. or Event Planners Plus. This is the cafeteria provider. If for any reason the deposit made to your student's account is returned from your bank or credit card company, there will be a service charge charged by My Kids Spending App applied to your student's account.
Our cafeteria staff are here to serve your child. Please let your child know if there are any problems with their lunch to let one of the staff know and we will do our best to assist them and rectify any issues. Younger children especially don’t know what to do if there is a problem so, please reassure them we are there to look after them and that they can approach any staff member if they need help. Accounts can be funded via MyKidsSpending.com, or through debit at the cafeteria. Cheques to fund accounts can be made to Carter Ventures Inc.
