Welcome to GCA News!

GCA News is a special extension program offered to Grade 5 students. The student-led news program began 4 years ago with a mission to help students experience a "good news” telecast, proving that news can be informative and truthful.  Students practice their journalistic writing, presentation, and speaking skills. Reports range from local sports (Intramural updates), weather, special reports, upcoming events, and overall reminders and updates for parents and teachers. We aspire to try new things and get better every year!

We also love to help spread the “Good News” of Jesus as our tagline asserts: How beautiful are the feet of those that bring “Good News.”
