Wednesday

While the day started out with rain, once again we were blessed with sunshine soon afterwards as our teams delved into the second day of the build. Today, I had to stay back on base, however our team leaders were amazing about making sure to capture the kids in action! There were lots of excited comments at the end of the day about the experience (yes, the roof was very popular). After dinner, it was time to clean the rooms before chapel. We are now in the Onion for chapel, and playing some games after worship. Tomorrow is the big day - handing over the keys to our families. God has provided us with sunshine for two days when we were supposed to have rain... please pray that sunshine comes with us tomorrow for our final build day!

A reminder to our parents - please remember to check in your child with WestJet after 12:35 pm tomorrow. We will be back in Calgary at 5:00 pm on Friday. God has been present with us this entire time and we look forward to sharing our stories with you when we return.
